Canal Crown is a residential complex on the banks of the Dubai Canal. The project was developed in collaboration with de GRISOGONO, a luxury jewelry brand founded in 1993. The architecture of the complex is modern and futuristic - white panels outline the tower in slightly sinuous lines, while the canal at the threshold creates the perfect backdrop for the elegant architecture.

There are 311 apartments in total — 80 studios, 158 one-bedroom apartments, 70 two-bedroom apartments, 2 three-bedroom duplexes and only one four-bedroom duplex.

The interiors are done in a calm beige tones, the floor is covered with white marble and wood effect.

Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the shimmering water of the canal and the Burj Khalifa skyscraper.
